Do you know?

(1)English and Japanese have a special relationship. You may be afraid that Japanese is difficult. In fact it is not. This is because you can always find English in Japanese. For example, “naifu” in Japanese means knife. Don’t they sound alike? Other example like “hoteru” means hotel; “tesuto” means test; “arubamu” means album and lastly, “basu” means bus.
Do you know?

(2)Japanese thinks that the number “9” is not auspicious as it sounds like “bitter life, hard life” in the Japanese Language. In Japan, number “4” is also greatly disliked as it sounds like “death” in Japanese.
Japanese also try to avoid using “room 4” and “room 9” in hotels and hospital. If you happen to travel to Japan, don’t be surprised to find buildings without “room 4” and “room 9”.

So why not join ASTA School and not only learn the Japanese Language, but its work ethics, cultures and values. You will love it!
